Having been a creative partner of Bentley for over 10 years, we were approached with a brief to demonstrate the importance placed on their employees wellbeing. Working across digital and print, we supported the launch of Stimmungsbarometer, a group-wide staff survey aimed at promoting dialogue about common values such as mutual respect, honesty, mindfulness, appreciation, accountability and fairness.
