Reinforcing workplace safety for one of the world's leading aerospace companies

Working in conjunction with BAE Systems’ Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) department we created and managed a versatile, employee facing campaign encouraging personnel to engage with a number of objectives across the business. These objectives were associated with reducing safety risks and reinforcing positive SHE behaviours. As a result of a multifaceted on and off-line campaign including webinars, videos, interior graphics and printed literature, BAE Systems recorded significant reductions in recorded accidents and has resulted in a more focused and robust safety culture.
